Gary of the Pacific

 

Kiwi shock comedy from the makers of 7 Days and Hounds about a struggling real estate agent who’s made chief of a sinking Pacific Island.

 

The film stars Josh Thomson, Megan Stevenson, Dave Fane, Matt Whelan and Dominic Ona-Arik.

 

The film is set to open in cinemas nationwide on March 16, check out the trailer below:

 

One Thousand Ropes


From the writer and director of The Orator we have this Samoan-language psychological horror set in New Zealand, centred around an ex-boxer who reconnects with his daughter.

 

The film stars Frankie Adams (Shortland Street) in her feature film debut, Uelese Petaia (Sons for the Return Home), Beulah Koale (Last Saint, Shortland Street), Sima Urale (Apron Strings), Ene Petaia (Sione's Wedding) and Anapela Polataivao (Night Shift, The Market).
